Dr. Juanita O'layo

Dr. Juanita O’Layo is one of our newest adjunct professors to join our talented and gifted staff of anointed presenters in the area of teaching & learning and in deliverance ministry. Dr. O’layo is a strong Intercessor and serves as an experienced Curriculum Specialist and Regional Director.

Dr. O’layo, the eldest daughter of the late prophet and gifted psalmist Louis and Bertha O’layo, was born and raised in Pittsburg, California where she attended and graduated from local schools. She is a graduate of Cal-State University, Hayward CA where she received both her teaching credentials and undergraduate degree in Language Acquisition and honored with awards for distinguished achievement, mentor,, teacher & Master Teacher Certificates from Notre Dame and San Francisco State University.

At San Francisco State University, she was chosen by her professors to start and founded the Master’s Degree Organization for school administrators and participated throughout the counties superintendent’s round-table of site administrators. Dr. O’layo has been adjunct faculty for Los Medanos Jr. College, and Cal-State University, Hayward.

Dr. O’layo recently has retired from teaching in the public schools after 33 years this past June 2013 and was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the California State Assembly in honor of her dedicated service in the field of education on behalf of the people of the 11th Assembly District of the California state legislature, commending her for her thirty-three years of distinguished service and outstanding contributions to the students and staff of the Brentwood Union School District.

As a member of the United Pentecostal Church, Stockton, California under the late Bishop Haney, and the UPC Church of Pittsburg, she served as Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent and has founded (3) different works in surrounding cities including the most current – serving as pastor of Dovegate Ministries, School of Theology and working in deliverance ministry with all of God’s people.
